For the last two years now, we’ve made a double-batch which is sufficient enough to fill a turkey pan over an inch deep. We guesstimate it at around 20 lbs of yummy goodness. Methinks this becomes yet another piece of our annual holiday traditions, especially since we typically carve anywhere from 16 to 24 individual blocks of fudge to give to friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Okay… I’ll admit it, we eat half of it ourselves…. 🙂
