Yep, and that's about how I feel. We currently have 4 because of the split with the egg-laying worker, but I expect that hive to die. Three is probably a nice number for this year.

We're also changing our style from more proactive management to hands-off, lazy beekeeping. I really hope to NOT give it up. I enjoy it. But it needs to change enough to make it pleasurable again.

I understand how it feels to be really busy and the bees seem like one more thing to worry about. It should be fun, not stressful. Sounds like cutting your hives right down or even selling them all for a while would be a good idea if you have too much on.

(You knew I would have to leave a comment). I applaud your further purge, however, I must sneak in a word or two. If you are truly trying to make sure that only appropriate movies are in your collection, as much as I love it, I would not recommend Charade. There are several moments and images with the murders that, while not graphic at all, are still rather disturbing. The plastic bag over the head? Just a thought.
Secondly- Chariots of Fire? Really???? This is one of the 5 movies that I have hated in my entire moviewatching life. (Granted, my grandfather took me to it when I was 7 and I hated, hated, hated, hated it!
I am sure that Chariots of Fire is a good film, but I have such bad memories, that I cannot even push the play button. (I did pick it up for 25 cents when my Blockbuster closed down and I promise that I will watch it again someday, but it is a battle. :)

I find that texting is really nice for a super quick message to Aleisha when I don't need to talk to her but need to convey information. I will often just text a quick 'leaving' message when I leave work or something like that. Otherwise, I just call and talk to people. And I totally agree with you that I will neverget data on my phone because I do not want to be that connected either. It bothers me greatly how many times people have run into me while they are looking at their phones and not talking to me or looking where they are going.

thank you. I need the encouragement of others who found the astonishing gift of boundless gratitude in this diagnosis.

I would not for the world have chosen, sight unseen, a spouse and at least one son and one daughter with undiagnosed introverted high-functioning Asperger's, but now, having the diagnosis to compare our relationships with,

I have the gift of perspective, understanding, empathy, the ability to quickly and easily abandon the supposedly "right way" of doing things that never really worked. I have options, I have choices, I have insight...
I have all that and a loving heavenly Father who has trusted me to stand in the gap for my Aspies-- however many it turns out I have!! Now that I have heard of "extroverted Asperger's" I can investigate further whether my super-stressed-out extroverts have been battling an unseen barrier and could benefit from tailored therapy.

Blessings!
