		<description>I can manage small amounts of molasses. If I eat too much of it, then I start reacting, usually with hives. So I try not to use too much of it in my baking. 

The most frustrating part is that the hives sometimes don&#039;t appear immediately. After a sugar encounter, it can take a day or two before I really start to itch. It messes with my head. When I don&#039;t react right away, I start thinking that maybe the sensitivity went away. I usually get hives the next day and then it bums me out. :(</description>

		<description>Oh, I forgot to mention that you can get chocolate chips made with rice syrup instead of sugar. They are closer to dark chocolate and have a different texture, but they work in a pinch.</description>
